Effective Team Working

Description

This is the original 1962 NASA moon landing challenge, but now in an easy to run, online format. All the data tabulation is now taken care of, so you can focus on facilitating. This activity works at multiple levels. First, the activity encourages groups to explore the fundamentals of effective team working, second it can be used to help groups understand how to make better decisions, and finally you can use it as it was originally intended: that is to explore the impact of training on group effectiveness. Teams can be split into control groups and experimental groups (who receive procedural ground rules) and their results compared.
